We can use the results of the Sales and Marketing Maturity Model to provide a QuickScan.

Our SM3 service can also provide a QuickScan if you don’t have time to read the full report.

We use the results of the Sales and Marketing Questionnaire to provide a clear (and short) report

The report is six pages in total – three pages for Sales and three pages for Marketing.

The three page graphical report

This simple report shows at a glance the areas where your Marketing (and Sales) organization is strong and where there is (serious) room for improvement.  We tell you both your current and target maturity levels, and show you how much work needs to be done to reach both the start of the next level, and the middle of the next level up.

From experience we have learned that your team’s answers in the questionnaire are often inconsistent.

The model itself is programmed to removed the most common biases, but in practise some inconsistencies remain.

The reports highlight these areas of disagreement.

We have seen that it’s almost impossible for an organization to improve its capabilities until there is internal agreement on where the problems lie!

The example above is a typical Marketing “scorecard”, we provide a similar report in the quickscan for your Sales department.

There’s a lot in there…

You should have between 3 and 5 individuals completing the Questionnaire. Then you will quickly receive the two scorecards with a format similar to those shown above.  Whilst some of our customers choose the full report  many have chosen initially to buy the cheaper quick scan and  upgrade later to the full report.

RETURN POLICY

Please see the website terms and conditions.  The SM3 solution is a service which creates a report based on your input.  For that reason, returns are not normally applied.  If you are concerned about any aspects of your results, please do contact one of the founders through the website.
