We use the results of the Sales and Marketing Questionnaire to provide a clear (and short) report
The report is six pages in total – three pages for Sales and three pages for Marketing.

This simple report shows at a glance the areas where your Marketing (and Sales) organization is strong and where there is (serious) room for improvement. We tell you both your current and target maturity levels, and show you how much work needs to be done to reach both the start of the next level, and the middle of the next level up.
From experience we have learned that your team’s answers in the questionnaire are often inconsistent.
The model itself is programmed to removed the most common biases, but in practise some inconsistencies remain.
The reports highlight these areas of disagreement.
We have seen that it’s almost impossible for an organization to improve its capabilities until there is internal agreement on where the problems lie!
