The report also explains the process, the terms, how we measure, how the matrix (8 x 8 x 5 tiers) defines your position today, and what are the trends that will be impacting you in the near term.  In total this personalised report runs to over 61 pages.  There’s a lot in there…

 

This means that with between 3 and 5 individuals completing the Questionnaire, you will quickly receive a report that is similar in its depth and reach to what might be gained from a serious external consulting engagement.  Where you are strong, and weak, in sales and marketing, a clear definition of where you stand today, plus the path forward, plus what will be impacting your business in the short and medium term.
